EPMaxx provides residential landlord and commercial property EPC testing throughout the UK. We offer the option to re-test and log a new EPC rating where a minimum rating is not met and energy performance retrofitting works are needed.

In 2016, the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) were introduced which rate buildings with an EPC. Ratings are from A, the most efficient, through to G, the most inefficient.

MEES regulations in relation to UK property are set to become increasingly restrictive. This could effect the funding, letting and selling of both residential and commercial property, making it important to act as soon as possible and undertake EPC testing.
